The Basement Tuxedo is warranted for a lifetime. The warranty provides for replacement of defective components should Basement Tuxedo panels fail due to manufacturer's defects or workmanship of material.

This warranty covers the quality of The Basement Tuxedo components. The manufacturer will pay in full for materials and labor to replace defective panels only. Failure due to acts of nature (i.e. earthquake, flood, fire, etc.) collision by equipment or vehicle, or damage due to abuse are excluded.

Manufacturer's warranty excludes coverage of products applied to basements that are not dry and free of debris. Basements given to abnormal structural movement such as courses of wall sliding or substrates leaning inward from lack of compression loads must be addressed prior to installation. Failure to do so will diminish the appearance and function of a finished basement.

Additionally, The Basement Tuxedo of Baltimore offers a two-year warranty for installation and workmanship.
